This area is part of an overall urban project by the studio, in which three abandoned industrial areas in the inhabited centre of Langhirano were recovered.

The building volumes inside the historic centre of the town of Langhirano and previously used for the processing and seasoning of the meats have been recovered for residential use through demolition and reconstruction of the internal parts.

An ancient 17th-century mill has been recovered inside the area, bringing to light the original wall covering and the space of the semi-underground cellar.
